1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the duwit8 platform, containing personal information, transaction history, and game activity records.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonus amounts, expressed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp).
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives offered by duwit8, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as outlined in Section 5.
• "Deposit" means a transfer of funds from a User's bank account, e-wallet, or other approved payment method into their duwit8 Account balance.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, lottery draw, or other gambling product offered through the duwit8 platform, including but not limited to slots, live casino, table games, sports betting, togel (traditional Indonesian lottery), and crash games.
• "Platform" or "Website" refers to the duwit8 online gaming website accessible at https://duwit8.cam and any associated mobile applications or mirror sites operated by the Company.
• "Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a User's Account balance to their registered bank account or e-wallet, subject to verification and processing requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount that must be wagered (bet) before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x the bonus amount).

2. Eligibility

By registering an Account with duwit8, you represent and warrant that:

• Age Requirement: You are at least 21 years of age. duwit8 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification (Indonesian National ID card / KTP) at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are not legally prohibited from gambling due to court order, bankruptcy proceedings, self-exclusion programs, or mental incapacity.
• Geographic Restriction: You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by local law. While duwit8 operates under international licensing, you acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with applicable laws in your location.
• Personal Use Only: You are registering the Account for your own personal use and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or professional gambling syndicate. Commercial use of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Single Account: You do not currently have, and will not create, more than one Account with duwit8. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual, whether intentionally or accidentally, will result in closure of all duplicate accounts and potential forfeiture of balances and winnings.
• Financial Responsibility: You are using your own funds to deposit and gamble. Funds deposited must not be derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or fraud. We reserve the right to request proof of funds or source-of-wealth documentation for large transactions.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To create an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• Valid email address
• Active Indonesian mobile phone number
• Date of birth (must be 21 or older)
• Residential address
• Username and secure password

You agree to keep this information current and accurate. Failure to provide truthful information or update changed details may result in account suspension or closure.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

duwit8 is required by international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations to verify the identity of all users. Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, you must complete KYC verification by submitting:

• A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID card (KTP) showing your full name, date of birth, photo, and ID number
• A selfie photograph of yourself holding the same ID card next to your face
• For withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000, additional proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document dated within the last 3 months)

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols)

• Log out after each session, especially on shared or public devices
• Notify duwit8 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account

3.4 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or manipulate games
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for profit (any winnings from exploits will be voided)
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or circumvent restrictions
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes
• Verbally abusing customer support staff or other players

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

duwit8 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (contact support for higher limits). Deposits are instant and appear in your Account balance within seconds.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified (first-time withdrawals require ID verification)
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50,000
• Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 per transaction (higher amounts processed in multiple transactions)

4.3 Processing Times

4.4 Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) Policy

We reserve the right to request additional documentation (proof of funds, source-of-wealth statements, bank statements) for deposits or withdrawals that we deem suspicious or unusually large. Accounts found to be involved in money laundering will be reported to relevant authorities and all funds frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

duwit8 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed on the promotions page at the time of offer. General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only
• One bonus per player, per household, per IP address, per device
• Bonuses must be manually activated unless stated otherwise
• Bonus abuse (multiple accounts, syndicate play, fraudulent claims) results in immediate forfeiture and account closure

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements, meaning you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example:

• A Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 15x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total bets
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe (typically 30 days from bonus activation)
• Different games contribute differently to wagering: slots typically 100%, table games 10-20%, live casino varies by game
• Maximum bet while wagering a bonus: Rp 50,000 per spin/hand (higher bets void the bonus)

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

Bonuses (and any associated winnings) will be forfeited if:

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All games on duwit8 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) tested by independent agencies (eCOGRA, iTech Labs, GLI) to ensure fair and random outcomes. 6.2 Game Malfunctions

• Live in-play bets are settled based on the score at the time of abandonment
• Settlement of disputed results follows official league/tournament decisions, even if later overturned

For togel (lottery) markets, results are based on official draws from Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and other licensed operators. Draw times and results are displayed on our website and can be verified through the official lottery operator websites.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payouts per bet or game round:

• Slots: Progressive jackpots paid in full as advertised; regular game wins capped at Rp 500,000,000 per spin
• Sports Betting: Maximum payout Rp 1,000,000,000 per bet slip (parlay winnings may be capped)
• Live Casino: Table limits vary by game; maximum payout Rp 100,000,000 per hand/round
• Togel: Maximum payout varies by bet type (4D, 3D, 2D); clearly displayed before bet placement

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

While duwit8 strives for 24/7 uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, internet outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss of playing time, missed bets, or inability to access your account during downtime.

7.2 Third-Party Services

duwit8 uses third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, etc.) and payment processors. We are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from these third-party services, though we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

7.3 Financial Loss

7.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

duwit8 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Account Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure:

• Withdraw all remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements)
• Cancel any active bonuses
• Settle any pending bets

Closed accounts cannot be reopened (you must register a new account if you wish to return, subject to our single-account policy).

8.2 Termination by duwit8

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• You provide false information during registration or KYC
• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Your account remains inactive (no login) for 12 consecutive months
• We suspect money laundering, underage gambling, or other criminal activity

Upon termination for violation, duwit8 may withhold any remaining balance and winnings. For inactive account closures, we will attempt to contact you via email before closing; any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which duwit8 holds its primary gaming license. Any legal proceedings arising from disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute:

2. Escalation: If unsatisfied with the initial response, request escalation to our Compliance Department. They will review the case independently and provide a final decision within 7 business days.

4. Legal Action: As a last resort, disputes may be submitted to the courts in our licensing jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to class-action lawsuits or jury trials.

9.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the original intent.
